• 1. Return Window

You have 3 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Due to the fast-moving nature of our inventory, we cannot accept return requests made after this 72-hour period.

2. Return Shipping Fees

A $10.00 flat rate return shipping fee applies to all returns.

This amount will be deducted from your total refund.

3. Restocking Fee

All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

This fee covers the cost of inspecting, testing (for appliances/electronics), and repackaging the item for resale.
